Guardian for NTT

Adds the Guardian (not to be confused with actual Guardians in the Palace but it was too late to change the name). What lore does the Guardian have for its shape or origin? None! Literally could not think of any

The Guardian is focused on preventing death of other players via their special ability - Shield, with a cooldown of 10 seconds (after the shield expires so 16 secs total). The shield lasting 6 seconds, should prevent the shielded person from receiving any damage. If the damage absorbed by the shield would've normally killed the protected player (from now called a Fatality), you will be rewarded with a 4 seconds lower cooldown, if the shielded person wasn't you.

May be a little overpowered, sprite in world may be lacking.

Haven't thought of an unlock method so its just always available and also is missing a passive

Throne Butt - Infinite ammo for the shielded person for the duration of the shield (except self on co-op)

Ultra A - Heal yourself and the shielded person if you prevent a fatality, if the shielded person wasn't you.

Ultra B (Not available if solo) - Your shield ability, when used, is cast on everyone but yourself. You may no longer shield yourself. Cooldown reduction for preventing fatality is now 4 / number of players
