Achievements For NTT

Adds achievements to Nuclear Throne Together. They are not synced with steam (duh). Inspired by NTT Mobile and the steam achievements page. You may access the menu from Character Select only, via the yellow exclamation mark. Change category by pressing swap or the category name. Scroll with W and S.

There are (as of writing) 25 achievements. Half or so are hidden, only revealed when you unlock them. Some of them are pretty easy to unlock by just playing the game. Achievement unlocks will show up in the bottom right when it happens.

Still rough around the edges but should work (probably?)
Also has support for custom achievements by other mods if they implement it (see achdata.mod.gml and achievementexample.mod.gml)

tested on v9940 and v9944, tiny crashing bug i havent fixed yet when you press left or right while in the achievement menu on v9940
